Rabbit Health in the 21st Century (Second Edition):

The Ontario Rabbit Education Organization is pleased to be the Canadian distributors of the book Rabbit Health in the 21st Century (Second Edition): A Guide for Bunny Parents. This book has gotten enthusiastic reviews from rabbit owners and rabbit groups over the Internet. Even veterinarians are impressed by the detailed information this book contains. This book focuses mainly on rabbit health issues and how to be prepared in case of an emergency. It's a great addition to any rabbit owner's reference library. The author, Kathy Smith, wrote the book with the help of her vet after her own rabbit's ordeal with cancer.

Contents include:

• Importance of being prepared: precautions, choosing a vet, warning signs, planning for emergencies, medical emergency kit
• Common health issues: importance of neuters and spays, Gastrointestinal stasis, bacterial and yeast infections, mites and other parasites, fleas, malocclusion, coccidia, shedding, red urine
• Chronic ailments: E. cuniculi, head tilt, bladder sludge, abscesses, arthritis/spondylosis, blindness, deafness, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, cancer
• Diagnosis and treatments: Understanding the tests, drugs (names and what they do)
• Alternative medicine
• Coping with loss

The book contains 129 pages, has a colour cover with black and white inside pages and is spiral bound.

T-shirts

We have two great designs to choose from:

SHIRT A: Fluffy and cute, a bundle of joy. But please remember...I'm not a toy. Pet rabbits are for a lifetime, not just a season!

SHIRT B: Ruled by Rabbits!

Both shirts feature our logo on the back.

The shirts are 100% cotton, short-sleeved and available in men's sizes medium, large and x-large (small size is sold out!). Dark coloured shirts are printed with white ink and light coloured shirts are printed with black ink.

Shirt colours are black, white, grey and sand (beige). Colours and sizes available only while quantities last.

Each shirt costs $20.00 plus shipping. Shipping and handling costs are: $6.00 for one shirt, $7.00 for two shirts, $8.00 for three or more shirts. We will only ship to addresses within Canada.
