Feeding questionnaire

The dietary needs and concerns of rabbits are an important area of interest for our organization. While we realize every rabbit requires a different diet for optimum health, we would like to try to learn more on this subject, with your help. We ask that visitors to our web site take a moment to fill out our Feeding Questionnaire. We hope the information you provide will help us continue to present dietary information to rabbit owners, and perhaps enable us to learn more about various digestive ailments. We will be accepting feedback from the questionnaire until Janury 31, 2006. We hope to compile the information and display findings and statistics on our web site at a later date.

Thank you for your participation.
